Request data deletion

Tower Rise: Sky Stacker does not create a player account. You can remove scores, game coins, blueprints, goals and preferences stored on your device with Settings → Reset local progress. You can remove all local app storage through Android Settings → Apps → Tower Rise: Sky Stacker → Storage → Clear storage.

Send a request

Open Tower Rise: Sky Stacker → Settings → Request analytics data deletion. This opens an email draft addressed to support@skystacker.app. When available, the draft includes the ByteBrew identifier and the app’s random installation identifier. Nothing is sent automatically: review the draft and choose Send yourself. You can also email the same address directly and include either identifier that is available.

Ask us to delete data associated with those identifiers. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, photographs or other sensitive content.

What the request can cover

How the request is handled

We use the identifiers and email you voluntarily provide to locate relevant records, delete identifiable records that we control and coordinate a request with the relevant provider. We may reply if more information is needed to locate the records. This page and the email draft do not directly or automatically change a production database.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Aggregate information that no longer identifies an installation may remain. Turning analytics off stops future optional gameplay analytics, but turning it off, resetting local progress or uninstalling the app does not itself send a deletion request. See the privacy policy for data practices and retention.
